About the Role:
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality support services to individuals with Autism, Learning Disability, ADHD, and Noonan's Syndrome.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to enhance the individual's quality of life, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Foster positive relationships with the individual, their family, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
  • The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for making a difference in people's lives.
