Project Management Director

Andy File Associates Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our PROSEC team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Key Responsibilities- Capacity Planning: Develop and implement effective capacity planning strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize the impact of unplanned work and major incidents.
- Resource Allocation: Schedule and allocate project resources based on project requirements and priorities, ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and experience to deliver project outcomes.
- Implementation Planning: Create and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks, and communicate them to the project team, stakeholders, and clients.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may affect project delivery, and propose and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Change Management: Establish and follow a clear and consistent change management process, ensuring that any changes to project scope, schedule, budget, or quality are documented, approved, and communicated.
- Streamlining: Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize project delivery processes, reducing duplication and complexity.
- Project Review: Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations, identifying lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reports for the Senior Leadership Team, providing a high-level overview of project team workload and project lead time.
- Improved project delivery efficiency and quality, with adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Enhanced communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and the Senior Leadership Team.
- Increased customer satisfaction and retention through delivery of projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Reduced project risks and costs by identifying and resolving potential problems early.
- Achievement of project objectives and deliverables, as defined by the project scope.
- Positive feedback from project stakeholders on the quality and value of project outcomes and the project coordinator's performance.
- Demonstration of project management best practices and standards, as well as compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methods, by sharing knowledge and lessons learned.
