Join Our Team as a Bodyshop Parts Advisor

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at the Institute of the Motor Industry limited. As a key member of our bodyshop, you will be responsible for managing parts inventory, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be flexible and self-motivated, and have previous experience working in a similar role.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing parts inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating prices
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales targets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and self-motivation
  • Previous experience working in a bodyshop or similar environment
