Concierge Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Concierge to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming service that sets the tone for their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop good relationships with customers, helping them to develop life skills and independence
• Handle occasional emergency or challenging situations with confidence and professionalism
• Go above and beyond to ensure an excellent service is provided to our customers
• Occasionally organise and run social activities to promote a sense of community and well-being
• Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and secure environment for our customers
• Write and update customer notes to ensure accurate records are kept

Requirements:

• Experience of working with young people or vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs or substance misuse
• Previous experience working under challenging circumstances
• Good communication skills and ability to use IT systems confidently
