As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and training our bar and waiting staff, and contributing to the smooth operation of our busy pub.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a warm welcome for all guests
  • Train and lead our bar and waiting staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage busy services and run special events to drive sales and revenue
  • Contribute to the development of our menu and drinks offerings
  • Work closely with our management team to achieve business objectives
