Trainee Assistant Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our management team as a Trainee Assistant Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and training our bar and waiting staff, and contributing to the smooth operation of our busy pub.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
  • Train and lead our bar and waiting staff to achieve high standards of service
  • Manage busy services and run special events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Contribute to menu planning, including beer, gin, and wine selection, and event programming
