Role Overview: As a Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for leading proposal development, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving projects to successful completion. You will analyze RFP/bid requirements against proposal outlines to ensure compliance and responsiveness to clients' needs. Effective coordination with sales, consultants, contracts, document services, and resources across Gartner business units is crucial to write winning proposals that promote the company brand consistently.

Essential Skills: To excel in this role, you will need experience in high-impact proposal writing, preferably in a multinational company or Fortune 500 setting. Strong writing skills, expertise in Microsoft Office products (especially Word and PowerPoint), and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent is required. Experience of managing multiple conflicting tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
