We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pastry Chef to join our team at Hawksmoor. As a Senior Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for leading our pastry team and creating innovative and delicious desserts that exceed our customers' expectations.

About the Role

As a Senior Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of pastry chefs to ensure high-quality desserts are produced consistently
  • Developing and implementing new dessert menus and recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
  • Collaborating with our Executive Chef and other kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests
