Your Day-to-Day
Lead Excellence: Inspire and guide our Forecasting and MI Analysts to deliver top-notch insights.
Data Detective: Dive into historical call, email, and appointment data to uncover key performance drivers and patient experience influencers.
Actionable Insights: Translate data into actionable recommendations, empowering decision-makers.
Accuracy Champion: Monitor and provide feedback on forecast accuracy.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Operations, Change, PMO, and Finance teams to gather relevant data and understand business dynamics.
KPI Tracking: Create insightful reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
Data Storyteller: Transform complex data into a compelling narrative, helping the business identify improvement areas.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in forecasting and data analysis within a Contact Centre or a similar analytical role.
- Strong statistical proficiency.
- Good understanding and experience working on other Contact Centre activities, such as scheduling and Real-Time Management.
- Passion for making a difference in patients' lives.
