We are seeking highly skilled Systems/Performance Engineers to join our team and deliver a competitive advantage through exceptional performance.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for setting, calibrating, and maintaining electronic systems on our Oreca LMP2 chassis.
  • You will work closely with race engineers to optimize car systems, setup, and race strategy, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Your expertise will include programming ECE and data logger systems, including data download and analysis.
  • You will also be responsible for monitoring car health, diagnosing faults, and resolving electronic system issues.
  • Analyze data to develop chassis and driver analysis tools, driving innovation and improvement.
Job Requirements
  • You hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as computer science or electronics.
  • You possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • A background in Python programming is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working with Pi Toolbox, Toolset, and Caltool is essential.
  • Location flexibility: ideally based in the UK, but applications from Europe are welcome.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £55,000 - £65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
