Motorsport Performance Manager

Motorsport-Total GmbH is seeking an experienced LMP2 Race Engineer to lead the team's operational efforts and drive success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in an endurance championship such as WEC, ELMS, IMSA, and a strong understanding of vehicle dynamics. They will be responsible for determining and implementing the best race strategy with the systems/performance engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise all operational aspects of running a car, including creating pre-event documents, managing job lists, and preparing run plans.
- Lead engineering briefings with drivers and crew.
- Collaborate with the team's sister Race Engineer and Technical Director to maximise team efficiency and output.
Requirements:
- A Master's/Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- A good understanding of vehicle dynamics.
- Strong communication and organisation skills are essential.
Estimated Salary: £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
