We are a leading FM provider seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks in a high-end commercial building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance and reactive tasks to ensure the building's systems are functioning properly.
  • Repair and maintain HVAC plant and associated systems to a high standard.
  • Perform PPM's, FCU, pumps, pipes, cooling towers, and other maintenance tasks.
  • Repair building fabric and perform handyman duties and services.

Requirements

  • Level 2 Plumbing & Heating qualification.
