Fantastic Career Opportunity - Maintenance Plumber - Commercial Environments

My Client, Nova Artes Engineering, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join their team providing maintenance on a range of their most prestigious contracts. This is a full-time permanent position where the successful plumber will be working Monday - Friday with plenty of overtime available.

The general duties of the commercial maintenance plumber will consist of:

  1. Carrying out preventative maintenance to deadline and maintaining paperwork to support PPM activities.
  2. Conducting reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI's.

The ideal maintenance plumber will hold:

  1. A trade apprenticeship and relevant current qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 3 or equivalent in relevant Plumbing.
  2. Experience in building services is essential.
  3. Commercial Environment Experience (essential).

Package:

  1. Salary £44,000 - £48,000 (depending on experience).
  2. Overtime opportunities.
  3. 25 days' annual holiday (Plus Bank Holidays).
  4. Private Medical.
  5. Pension.
  6. Company Vehicle + Fuel Card.
  7. Employee Assistance Programme.
