Job Title: Commercial Maintenance Plumber

Vision Personnel is working with an existing client who is looking for a skilled Commercial Plumber to join their team.

This is a permanent PAYE role, requiring 45 hours of work per week, with minimal office time for material collection.

The majority of the work (80%) will be based in central London, with the remaining 20% in surrounding counties.

You will be working on-site at hotels and restaurants, performing maintenance tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of these establishments.

Requirements:
  • Clean driver's license
  • Maintenance and commercial background
  • 5 years of experience
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3
Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance role
  • Hotel and restaurant work
  • Minimal installations
  • 24-hour on-call rota (once a week)
  • On-call 1 in 5 days
  • Willingness to travel
  • All commercial contracts, minimal installations
