The school has a secure and happy environment where all children can enjoy learning and develop lively and enquiring minds, in a safe, stimulating and secure environment.
About the Role- Supporting 3 high needs pupils, 2 with autism, in a primary school setting.
- Working with a team of experienced educators to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery, as well as providing one-to-one support to pupils.
- Contributing to the development of a positive and respectful classroom culture.
- Level 3 or above qualification in teaching or a related field.
- Experience working with pupils with high needs, particularly those with autism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
