Civil Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in residential housing roads and sewers design, with a strong background in developing engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations and complex calculations.
  • Develop detailed designs using a range of computer software, including Civils 3D/ Site 3D/ WinDes MicroDrainage.
  • Liaise with clients and professionals, including architects and subcontractors, to resolve design and development problems.
  • Manage budgets and project resources, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified with at least 6 years' experience in the industry.
  • Chartered or working towards chartership with the relevant professional body.
  • Experience working within the residential sector, with a strong understanding of s38/ s278/ s104/ s106/ s184/ s185 applications.
  • Proficient in Civils 3D/ Site 3D/ WinDes MicroDrainage, with a strong understanding of design principles and software.
  • UK driving licence required for travel to client sites.
