Job Title: Senior UX/Product Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/Product Designer to join our team at Spectrum Search. As a Senior UX/Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences that redefine how everyday users engage with DeFi and trading.

Key Responsibilities:

* Craft seamless, intuitive, and engaging user journeys
* Leverage deep understanding of DeFi, trading, and consumer needs to transform complex financial strategies into accessible tools
* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure product-market fit

Requirements:

* 8+ years in UX/product design
* Significant experience in designing B2C digital products
* Prior experience with DeFi, blockchain, or trading platforms is highly desirable
