Job Title: Senior UX/Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/Product Designer to join our team at Spectrum Search. As a key member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our DeFi trading platform.

About the Role

As a Senior UX/Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user journeys that simplify complex financial strategies for our users. You will work closely with our product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design initiatives and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead user research and competitive analysis to deeply understand the behaviours, needs, and pain points of our users in the crypto and trading space.
  • Develop high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes that clearly communicate design ideas and user flows, ensuring efficient feedback loops with users and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best-in-class product experiences that meet the needs of our DeFi and trading audience.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions, ensuring product enhancements are tied to key business metrics.
  • Implement scalable design systems across complex platforms, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced UX/Product Designer with a strong background in designing B2C digital products, particularly in the DeFi and trading space. You should have a proven track record of simplifying complex financial flows for users in trading environments and experience in mapping and refining complex user journeys.

You should be skilled in using user data and analytics to inform design decisions, familiar with Agile and Lean methodologies, and have experience designing for both mobile and web applications.
