Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a brand-new manufacturing facility in Leicester. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in setting up systems, installing and commissioning new machinery, and completing maintenance, repair, and breakdown duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment
  • Maintenance and repair of existing systems and equipment
  • Completion of breakdown duties and troubleshooting
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth facility operations
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Engineering Qualification
  • Multi-skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias
  • Good mechanical skills and knowledge
  • Experience working in a manufacturing facility, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Ability to work a Monday to Friday double-day rotating shift pattern
