About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tradesperson to join our team as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties, undertaking a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and joinery, with experience working on a wide range of projects from minor repairs to major refurbishments. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties

  • To maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of work

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
