About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our Supported Living service. As a Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing bespoke round-the-clock care to autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with personal and household tasks, including meal preparation and shopping
  • Accompany individuals on outings and holidays, promoting social interaction and community engagement
  • Assist with medical appointments and provide emotional support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
Requirements

We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude, drive, and resilience. You should be friendly, approachable, and possess good communication skills, enabling you to build trusting relationships with our service users.
