About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our Supported Living service. As a Care Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing bespoke round-the-clock care to autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with personal and household tasks, including meal preparation and shopping
  • Accompany individuals on outings and holidays, promoting social interaction and community engagement
  • Assist with medical appointments and provide emotional support
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals
Requirements

We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude, drive, and resilience. You should be friendly, approachable, and possess good communication skills. While experience in health and social care is not essential, our comprehensive induction, training, and mentoring will equip you with the skills and tools needed to thrive in this role.
