  • Generating Employee Training Reports as necessary
  • Overseeing mandatory training compliance for MRO staff
  • Coordinating and managing training sessions
  • Supervising instructors and classroom allocations
  • Registering employees for training programs
  • Organizing and archiving training documentation
  • Keeping accurate training logs for the MRO division
