Ryanair is a leading airline with a strong commitment to career development and growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Training Standards Administrator to join our team in London Stansted, UK.
This role is part of our Engineering Training department, where you will work closely with our team to deliver industry-leading training. As a Training Standards Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with EASA and national authority regulations.
Your key duties will include:
• Checking department handbooks for new PART-145 contracted organisations and administering the PACS of their staff
• Ensuring that expired PACS for PART-145 contracted staff are deactivated and communicated to their managers
• Reviewing and administering 'on the job' training documentation
• Assisting the management team in the loading and administration of engineering authorisations
• Conducting monthly checks on PACs issued by QA to ensure all documentation is available on AMOS
Requirements
• A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent degree
• Previous experience in administration
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office packages
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly
• Valid UK passport or right to live and work in the UK
