About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Registered Nurse to join our Haemoglobinopathy team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with sickle cell disease, thalassaemia, and other rare anaemias.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in teaching and education, as well as excellent communication skills. You will work closely with both adult and paediatric services across the network, developing your skills in a flexible and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert care to patients with sickle cell disease, thalassaemia, and other rare anaemias
  • Work closely with adult and paediatric services across the network
  • Develop skills in a flexible and supportive environment
  • Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse: Adult and/or Children's
  • First degree in nursing (HEI Level 5 or 6) or equivalent
  • Postgraduate level working evidenced via a continuing professional development portfolio

Salary

This role comes with a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,030 per annum, depending on experience.
