This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Executive to join Shawbrook Bank as a Senior Commercial Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a region and building relationships with brokers and introducers to drive business growth.

As a Senior Commercial Development Manager at Shawbrook Bank, you will support the National Relationship Manager in developing the sales and marketing strategy for the commercial lending division. This includes working with specialist commercial finance brokers, mortgage brokers, and financial advisors to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the commercial/residential mortgage sector and a proven track record of driving business growth through effective relationship-building. They will also have a deep understanding of mortgage and protection products and be able to communicate complex information to stakeholders.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and access to discounts on high street and online brands.
