Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant
Job Overview:
Cloud2 Consult is seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with expertise in configuring, customizing, and optimizing the platform to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Customization: Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet specific business needs.
- Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current business processes and define future needs.
- Solution Design: Develop and design solutions within Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- System Integration: Integrate Business Central with other business applications and third-party systems.
- User Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth operation of the system.
- Reporting & Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including system design specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Data Migration: Manage data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements, recommending best practices and system optimizations.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance, functionality, and integrations.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure that all system configurations and customizations comply with company policies and industry regulations, including data security and privacy standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring modules within Dynamics 365 Business Central, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
- Programming: Familiarity with AL language and experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or other related Microsoft technologies.
- Project Management: Experience managing full-cycle implementations and a strong understanding of project management principles.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience with deployments of Business Central.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes in industries such as Finance, retail, or professional services.
- Consulting Environment: Experience working in a consulting environment.
