Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant
About the Role:
Conspicuous is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering expert consultancy services to clients, guiding them through the effective configuration of Business Central and related add-ons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Expert Consultancy: Provide expert guidance to clients on the effective configuration of Business Central and related add-ons.
- System Walkthroughs and Troubleshooting: Conduct system walkthroughs, troubleshoot client software concerns, and identify opportunities for functionality enhancements.
- Project Management: Manage project tasks such as GAP analysis, product handovers, and milestone sign-offs, ensuring all configurations align with client expectations.
- Training and Development: Provide impactful training to key users using standard Microsoft training materials.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Project Managers and other consultants to ensure smooth project delivery and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Dynamics NAV/Business Central Key User or Implementation Consultant.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
- Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Business Central Expertise: Significant experience supporting, configuring, and implementing Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
