Job Summary
The Health, Safety and Environmental Manager will provide HS&E support across multiple sites, advising and leading on health and safety change in a dynamic and rapidly growing food manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide health, safety, and environmental guidance and support to multiple sites
- Advise and lead on health and safety change initiatives
- Collaborate with internal management groups, external customers, suppliers, and governing bodies
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Develop and deliver training programs on health, safety, and environmental topics
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar or supporting post
- Understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel to other sites as required
