Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Financial Reporting Leader to join our team at Rescourcery Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically-trained accountant who wishes to build and shape a team in their own image.

The role will centre around financial reporting and the controls which support its activities, with a key focus on the development of the Finance function in line with IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Statutory account productions for company and wider Group in line with IFRS requirements.
  • Manage the external audit process to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide supporting documentation and notes to accounts, acting on feedback and recommendations from internal and external audit.
  • Stress test the effectiveness of financial controls, identifying weaknesses and providing follow-up recommendations and support.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified from a Big4 or Top10 practice.
  • Financial Services sector experience is helpful but not essential.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
