Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at Harbourne Associates. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in improving our manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality output, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. You will collect and interpret data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions. Additionally, you will lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at process improvements and cost reductions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and interpret data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to health and safety guidelines, promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, maintenance personnel, and other engineers to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Open to recent graduates and professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process engineering principles, and data analysis tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
