About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely payment of approximately 2,700 employees across various locations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll function to ensure compliance with statutory and third-party payments
- Develop and implement effective processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and address concerns
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in payroll management
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
- Bonus scheme: up to 25% of annual salary
