About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Teacher of English/Literacy Lead to join our team at The Coleshill School. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in inspiring and developing students through your teaching and knowledge of the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective writing and reading instruction strategies and best practices for English teachers.
  • Provide guidance and support to classroom teachers and reading program leaders to discuss goals and monitor student progress.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate literacy programs in school to ensure student success.
  • Liaise with school leaders to formulate a whole-school literacy strategy and evaluate its impact.
