Role Overview

Salt Digital Recruitment is partnering with a leading retailer to find an experienced Digital Analyst to drive digital analytics across the company's entire digital ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in delivering actionable insights to enhance conversion rates and optimize media spend efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, specifically in website analytics and conversion rate optimization, and proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the team to develop a robust test and learn roadmap, supporting experiments with relevant analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses into onsite behavior, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize the user experience and conversion pathways.
  • Deliver insights into the customer journey, focusing on understanding and improving the conversion funnel, identifying drop-off points, and proposing solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Product team to assess the impact and success of newly launched digital features, using data to inform feature enhancements and future development.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, specifically in medium/large online businesses.
  • Proven experience in digital analytics, with a strong focus on website analytics and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and insights tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
Benefits

This role offers a salary of up to £40,000 per annum and a 6-month contract with immediate start date. The ideal location for this role is Greater Manchester, with hybrid working arrangements in place.
