Job Title: Roofer and Labourer (Pair)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Bromley, Kent

Salary: £200 per day (Roofer), up to £120 per day (Labourer)

We are seeking an experienced Roofer and a reliable Labourer, ideally as a pair, to join our team at Build Force Talent UK Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for carrying out roofing repairs and installations on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roofer:
    • Carry out roofing repairs and installations on residential and commercial properties.
    • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, following health and safety guidelines.
    • Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Labourer:
    • Assist the Roofer with day-to-day tasks, including carrying materials, preparing work areas, and general site clean-up.
    • Support the Roofer in ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and safely.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in roofing and labouring is essential.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Valid CSCS card preferred but not essential.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
