Structural Engineer Wanted

Zodiac Recruitment is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join a dynamic team of experts in Newcastle. As a Structural Engineer, you will work on a variety of projects across Residential, Commercial, Marine, and Industrial sectors, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
  • Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Strong degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Previous experience working in a design environment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
  • Experience with concrete and masonry design a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
