Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Next Ventures. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our internal self-service scoped application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development Lead: Mentor and guide a team of mid-level ServiceNow developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, and implement new functionalities where appropriate.
  • Develop and integrate ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP) to connect with third-party systems and applications.
  • Build custom ServiceNow applications and integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Web Services.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on knowledge of platform development, customization, and integration.
  • Expertise in developing and integrating ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP) to connect with third-party systems and applications.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies).
  • Proficient in building custom ServiceNow applications and integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Web Services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt to new technologies and environments.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented and able to think critically in solving technical challenges.
  • Ability to manage and mentor a small team of developers.
