Technical Trainer Role

MSX International is seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Nissan Academy. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training programs for Nissan Technicians.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering core technical training programs, including EV, to Dealer technicians
  • Developing and delivering learner-focused training solutions aligned to TAP methodology
  • Aligning all delivery to the Nissan brand culture and requirements
  • Utilizing innovative digital technologies during the delivery of remote learning interventions
  • Supporting course development work as required
  • Adapting European materials for the delivery of technical and new model launch courses
  • Undertaking all aspects of administration in relation to training delivery

About You

We are looking for a Technical Trainer with a passion for the automotive industry and practical vocational skills and expertise. Key requirements include:

  • Senior Technician status (or above)
  • Proven track record of achieving objectives
  • Dynamic and engaging communication style
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new and revised learning and development theories and methodologies
  • Natural ability to coach and develop others
  • Industry-recognized training accreditation and technical achievements
  • Understanding of assessment tools and their links to learning and development

Working Pattern and Location

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, permanent contract.
