Technical Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team at MSX International. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training programs to Nissan technicians.

About the Role

The Technical Trainer will work within modern training environments using the latest technology and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering core technical training programs, including EV, to Dealer technicians
  • Developing and delivering learner-focused training solutions aligned to TAP methodology
  • Aligning all delivery to the Nissan brand culture and requirements
  • Utilizing innovative digital technologies during the delivery of remote learning interventions
  • Supporting course development work as and when required
  • Adapting European materials for the delivery of technical and new model launch courses
  • Undertaking all aspects of administration in relation to training delivery
About You

We are looking for a Technical Trainer with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of achieving objectives. Your skills and experience should include:

  • Senior Technician status (or above)
  • Dynamic and engaging communication style
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new and revised learning and development theories and methodologies
  • Natural ability to coach and develop others
  • Industry-recognized training accreditation and technical achievements
