Teaching Assistant Required for Autism Support

**Supporting a Child with Autism:**
We are seeking a committed teaching assistant to join our close-knit school community and support a child with Autism in year 1. The child can communicate verbally and has been making good progress socially and communicatively.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement personalized learning plans for the child.
- Provide additional support to the child during lessons, ensuring they stay on track and engage with the material.
- Monitor the child's progress and identify areas where additional support may be needed.
Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special needs/autism and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for working with children and a collaborative approach to teamwork are essential.
Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
