Job Summary:

Austin Fraser is currently seeking an experienced Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting new projects across various sectors, including heritage, healthcare, commercial, and residential.

About the Role:

We require an Architect who is flexible and proactive in their approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work on their own initiative. You will be responsible for delivering projects through all RIBA stages from concept to completion, working closely with project leads and using Revit / AutoCAD on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work on a variety of projects across different sectors
  2. Deliver projects through all RIBA stages
  3. Collaborate with project leads and other team members
  4. Use Revit / AutoCAD software

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as an Architect
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Revit / AutoCAD software
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations and planning application procedures
