Hampshire Project Management Position

A leading housebuilder in Farnborough, Hampshire seeks a highly experienced Project Manager to join their team. The role involves overseeing a new build residential project in the region, comprising approximately 220 traditional build houses and apartments.

The project commences within six weeks, and our client is eager to commence interviews immediately. The company offers a salary range of £75,000 - £85,000 + package for this permanent position.

About the Role:

  1. Manage a team of site managers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality residential projects.
  2. Coordinate project planning, execution, and completion from inception through to handover.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  4. Implement effective project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  5. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience working for a reputable housebuilder as a Project Manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex residential projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in construction management.
  • Ability to commute to Farnborough daily.
