Project Manager

At Zeeco, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from conceptual design through to delivery and installation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Plan and coordinate project activities, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize project management tools, such as Zeeco Order Execution tool (ZOE), to track project progress and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate with customers, end-users, and sales representatives to ensure project requirements are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Manage project changes, including scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least four years of project engineering experience, including plant selection, budget development, and control through the project lifecycle.
- Understanding of fabrication, including welding, ASME standards, and PED.
- Petrochemical and/or refinery experience, with some combustion background and site experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
