The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Assistant to support the training and development of our care team. As a Field Care Supervisor with Helping Hands, you will play a vital role in ensuring our carers receive the highest standard of training and support.
You will be involved in the entire journey of our carers, from recruitment to ongoing support and development. Your coaching and mentoring skills will be essential in helping our carers to provide exceptional care to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing training programs for carers
- Supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance
- Conducting regular supervisions and spot checks with care assistants
- Meeting with customers to review care plans and ensure their needs are met
- Conducting risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment
