We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Learning Disability Physiotherapist to join our team at Brainkind. As a specialist in neurorehabilitation, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with acquired brain injury to regain their skills and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist physiotherapy input within the BIRT neurobehavioural model to individuals with acquired brain injury.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough neurological assessments and analyses to inform treatment decisions.
- Provide expert advice and support to colleagues and individuals with acquired brain injury.
- Ensure timely completion of Brainkind's outcome measure database.
- Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- Experience working with individuals with neurological deficits, including acquired brain injury.
- Ability to reflect and appraise own performance.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Competitive salary of £37,338 - £44,962 FTE DOE.
