About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Officer to join our team at IOSH, a leading institution for safety and health professionals. As a key member of our Contracts and Procurement team, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance and precision in your work.

As a Contracts Officer, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts for both suppliers and customers, safeguarding our interests and fostering collaborative working relationships. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless contract management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts for suppliers and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with contract law and regulations, maintaining high-quality, compliant, and fair contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure effective contract management.
  • Stay up-to-date with contract law and regulations, leveraging your expertise to ensure compliance and precision in your work.
