We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Ferrovial Construction. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Quality Manager in developing and implementing quality management systems and procedures.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformances.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection and test plans.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that quality requirements are met.
- Facilitate quality inductions and training for site personnel.
- Review and update quality procedures and documentation as needed.
- Production Civil/Building Engineering background as Site Engineer or similar.
- Experience in Aviation sector, knowledge of systems required for Airport operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid CSCS card to enable going on site working with site technicians.
