Job Summary

We are seeking a Graduate Quality Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-profile transport infrastructure projects. As a Graduate Quality Engineer, you will assist in ensuring that our projects meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in writing and reviewing quality documentation, including Quality Management Plans and Inspection and Test Plans
  • Support the development of briefing and communication strategies to ensure quality plans and important information are understood and operated by all employees and subcontractors
  • Monitor compliance of construction works on site and relevant documentation in accordance with Works Information, Ferrovial standards, and relevant Technical Standards
  • Carry out reports for the senior Quality team and support the Project Quality Manager with investigations and audits
  • Advise on quality requirements and best practice, promoting a continuous improvement culture across the site team and Innovation
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at a variety of levels
  • Excellent written and oral English language
  • Degree or Masters (All disciplines considered)
  • Right to work in the UK by the start of employment
  • Motivated to learn and add value to the team, the role, and the Graduate programme
  • Analytical thinker who enjoys problem solving and a proven team player who can effectively work with others
  • Proactive approach to working and learning
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the industry
