Speciality Doctor in Psychiatry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speciality Doctor in Psychiatry to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our community mental health team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our research programme.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychiatry, with at least two years of experience in a relevant specialty or as a fixed-term specialty trainee. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our research programme
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Full Registration with the GMC with a license to practice
- Diploma in Psychiatry
- Willingness to work towards MRCPsych
