Countrywide Mortgage Services is a leading provider of mortgage services in the UK.

We are seeking a Mortgage Development Specialist to join our team in Caernarfon.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and progress within our structured and transparent progression structure.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive basic salary and the chance to become CeMAP qualified and achieve CAS/RMA status with full support and training provided.

As a Mortgage Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work under pressure, build strong alliances, and provide advice on a range of products and services to meet customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building relationships with the Estate Agency team through training and support
  • Taking part in regular team meetings to discuss best practice and build relationships
  • Conducting 2-3 appointments a day to provide advice on a range of products and services
  • Attracting new customers and business whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment
Requirements

To be successful as a Mortgage Development Specialist, you will need:

  • A resilient, positive, and friendly can-do attitude
  • A strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completion
  • Motivation to be successful
  • Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
  • Attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills
  • A full UK driving license
